MEASURE TWICE CUT ONCE.

             Most of us have heard of these very basic rule in carpentry, perhaps only we did not know it can be applied in our normal lives as a principle in whatever we do. It’s the same saying as take time to sharpen your saw before you cut. Don’t you rush into action before you understand the procedures required for the process? Remember, Life doesn’t come with instructions, so take your time to write down your masterpiece before you can jump into action. A good start is a job half-done plan your steps well before you can start to execute them. Evaluate all the possibilities available you can’t miss one or two ways of doing something.

        Fail to plan then you planning to fail. Plan actions to be undertaken before starting to execute them. These gives a road map of what you want to achieve by the end of you actions. A plan gives you an outlook of the product you have to achieve at the end of the day. Life is all about preparation and you better be prepared well before you embark on your dreams. Just like we prepare for a journey, we all need to prepare before we can carry out a task. Convincing the mind before any task just acts to sum up the best possible outcomes. We get out of minds what we constantly feed in there. Just like we rip what we saw so we should fast create images in our minds then put them done on papers before we can create real life objects.

      Persistence breaks resistance. Prepare and then be persistence and you will surely achieve your goals. Sometimes all you need is courage to achieve your goals. In the battle between a stream and a rock the water wins not because of hardness but because of persistence. Take your time to define what you want on these world and then go for it. Cherish your dreams and visions as they the children of your soul; the blueprints of your ultimate achievement.

    You can become an icon in the society or you can fit in but surely can’t do both at once. Napoleon hill once said time is a master worker that heals all the wounds of temporary defeat, and equalize the inequalities and rights the wrongs of the world. There is nothing impossible with time. Spend your time well and you won’t regret a moment on these world. Remember go slow to go fast, don’t rush and you won’t re-do the work again, just plan re-evaluate your plans then go to action knowing what awaits you. Imagination is better than knowledge because few have it, knowledge is easily available in books and anybody can have it whenever he reads. Your imaginations are sacred because they are purely the products of your thoughts and no one can corrupt them except you.  Time is all you have to be what you want to be in these world, spend it wisely.

NO EXCUSES

         If you want to do something you will find a way but if you don’t you will find a reason for not doing it. Excuse is always a safer route to take if responsibilities come knocking. A person would rather be creative with finding reasons not to, rather than looking for a way to do something. Not taking responsibility does not solve the problem and perhaps just postpones it, which will later arise in a more complex and worse situation. Life always finds a way to compensate and you are not an exception.

       People are always blaming circumstances for what they are, I don’t believe in circumstances. The people who get on in these world are those who get up and look for circumstances they want, and if they don’t find them, they create them. I always say get out of your comfort zone and chase your dreams. It feels good to get an excuse because you will convince the accuser but what character are you building for yourself. Worry about your character more than you worry about your reputation. They say talent gets you in a position but character keeps you there. Don’t build your life around excuses instead build it around strong character with principles.
       We determine who we are by what we do not what we say. We are who we are by what most people see in us because that is the ecosystem we co-exist in, we can’t pretend forever. Life doesn’t come with instructions we ought to write our own script, and make it a master copy that everybody will learn from. They say be like a mirror and reflect what you truly look like in whatever you do in these world. Living life in a truly true way where nobody determines your fate but it entirely lies in your hands. Don’t make a reason for every failure you encounter instead take responsibility, and make it a climbing stone to rise above what you were targeting.

        In the previous blog I wrote about not being comfortable but setting out to find happiness. Looking for reasons only act to sum up a disjointed lifestyle with no real passion and goals. Excuses are always the simplest roots to escaping life realities. Focusing on the proactive side of life always gets you to achieve your datelines. Take the leap in faith and do what you dream of, the sooner you realize that in these life it’s always comes down what you have done more than what you say. Twenty years from now you be will be ashamed by those things you did not do than those you did.
    Suffer now and live like a champion for the rest of your life, Mohammed Ali. Hate everything you are doing now but get it done because it’s what you need to get what you wanna have in life. Waking up in the morning and not feeling like doing anything is a common perception that everybody has to fight to overcome. But we need to wake up dress up get out and always show up, never to give up. Don’t always look for excuses where they are not needed, it’s not a crime to have one but don’t always depend on them for your failures. Soon it will become a habit and won’t go away. Take responsibility and its only you who knows what you want the most for you.

       Where there is a will there is a way. Put goals with deadlines that force you into work, fulfilling these small goals gives you the much needed boast in your endeavors. They say you are not too old to dream another dream. Keep your feet on the ground, be proactive and go get it. No excuses forever. #TEAMnoEXCUSES.
